I did get a reply from customer service, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge issue this time, but if it keeps happening, I’d probably start looking at other options.

"Wireless bra wasn’t worth the wait"
I had high hopes for this wireless bra, but it was disappointing. I waited in the queue forever just to buy it, and then after wearing it, there was basically no support at all. It kept rolling up throughout the day, which got annoying really fast. Not something I’d buy again.

"This thing gave me zero lift"
This thing did nothing for me. I was expecting some lift, but it just flattened everything out and somehow made the shape look lumpier under shirts. The sizing felt off too, like it couldn’t decide what it was supposed to be. For the price, I was disappointed

In the end, I just didn’t feel like browsing the site for very long. Rhonda Shear might have perfectly good products, but the overall look made it hard for me to get interested.
The colors, banners, and layout all felt a bit dated to me, and the pages seemed way too busy. Everything looked cramped, so instead of focusing on the items, I kept noticing how messy the site felt

"Just didn’t feel breathable"
I wanted to like this bra, but after about 20 minutes it started feeling really hot. Something about it just didn’t feel breathable, and I was getting sweaty even just sitting around. I was hoping it would be comfy, but it wasn’t for me. I don’t think I’d buy from here again

"Got uncomfortable after a while"
I really wanted to like it, and at first it seemed fine, but after a few hours it started feeling tight and kind of itchy. I kept adjusting it without even thinking about it, which is usually when I know something isn’t working for me. Maybe it would be okay for a short time, but I couldn’t wear it all day

I don’t know, I was hoping for more options but there were barely any bigger sizes available. It just kind of made me feel left out again, which is frustrating because I really wanted to like it.

I added the item because it showed a sale price, but once I got through checkout, the discount somehow wasn’t applied and the total changed. Maybe it was just a glitch, but it felt like the lower price was there to get me to buy and then quietly disappeared at the last step. Frustrating experience

I ordered a bra from Rhonda Shear it’s fine. I wanted to like it a little more than I do, but I’ll give it credit where it’s due, the fabric is soft and it’s comfortable enough for lounging around the house.
The cups are just a bit too shallow for me, so I get some spillover on the sides. It’s not awful, and I’ll probably still wear it, but it’s not quite the fit I was hoping for. I might try a different style next time.

"Why was the packaging such a mess?"
The box showed up crushed and halfway open, and the items inside looked like they were just tossed in with barely any protection. I was thinking, why does this have to be so complicated? Just pack it properly. Annoying and not what I expected

I was happy with it when it first arrived, but after I washed it for the first time a few days later, it came out looking weird and stretched out. I’ve only had it for a short time, so that was disappointing

I really wanted to like this, but the fit just wasn’t right for me. It felt smaller than it should have, and it kept rolling up whenever I moved around, which got annoying fast. I definitely wouldn’t call it comfy enough for all-day wear. Maybe it works better for different body types, but I was disappointed. It kind of made me lose trust in the sizing, so I’m not sure I’d order from this again.

I ordered my usual size, but the band was so tight it started digging in after just a few minutes. The cups fit fine, so it was frustrating that the band made the whole thing uncomfortable and basically unwearable for me. This feels preventable with more accurate sizing info, because I really don’t want to keep paying for returns just to guess what size might work.

"Exchange was okay, just slower than I expected"
I ordered from rhondashear.com and ended up needing an exchange because the fit wasn’t quite right for me. Finding the exchange info took a little digging, but once I figured it out, the actual process was straightforward.
Customer service did get back to me and helped, which I appreciated, but this is where it got annoying: the updates were kind of slow and not very clear. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I definitely wish the exchange had moved a bit faster.

"Wish there were more color options"
Maybe I’m being a little picky, but the color choices felt limited to me. I was hoping for something a bit more fun or varied, and most of the options just seemed kind of boring.

Had to wait in a queue for ages just to try this, which was already annoying, and it wasn’t worth it. It felt okay at first, but after about an hour it got really uncomfortable

The fabric does feel soft, so I’ll give it that, but after washing it, it just feels thin. Like, not awful, but definitely thinner than I expected. I kept noticing how lightweight it felt, and not in a good way. It’s okay overall, but the material just feels a bit too thin to really feel like good quality.

I tried to return it and got nowhere. They made it sound like the return would be simple, but that definitely wasn’t the case. I kept getting the runaround, and none of the promises about an easy process actually happened. Really frustrating experience.
